Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Original Proof: Include your packing slip or order confirmation

Note: For hygiene reasons, the following non-returnable items include:

  • Competition Swimwear
  • Fins
  • Goggles
These items may only be returned if defective or incorrect (see exchanges below).

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our swimmer-staffed team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the merchandise in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our New York facility at:

  5. Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or defective items:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (standard shipping rates apply)

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error
  • International Returns: Note that we cannot refund any customs/duties fees
