Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
- Free Shipping: Available via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers are responsible for any customs/duties fees.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Include your packing slip or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Competition Swimwear
- Fins
- Goggles

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges or defective items:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (standard shipping rates apply)
